These terms cover use of oakroutes.com and text, call and email contact with OakRoutes ("OakRoutes," "we," "us"). Paying clients also accept our Client Terms, which control for client services. The site and calculator are general information for business owners. Calculator results are estimates from the numbers you enter. They are not a promise or guarantee of leads, jobs, revenue or any other result. Don't misuse the site, submit false information, or try to break or overload it. The content and branding belong to OakRoutes.
No guarantees; limits
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under the law.
SMS Terms (OakRoutes text messages)
Program: OakRoutes sends text messages from (984) 983-4223 to people who opted in or who contacted us first. Messages include replies to your requests, follow-ups, call or demo reminders, answers to questions, and occasional offers about OakRoutes services.
Consent: By checking the text box on our forms, texting us the keyword GROW, or texting or calling us first, you agree to receive these messages at your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use our site and services without agreeing to texts.
Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. We will send one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers: Carriers and OakRoutes are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage can change.

Changes: If we change the program, we will update this page. You can stop texts at any time.
Email and calls
We send emails only to people who asked to hear from us or who contacted us, with an unsubscribe link in each marketing email. We don't make cold calls. If you ask us to stop calling, we will.
Governing law
North Carolina law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
